42nd Avenue's New Community Plaza
The Community Plaza is almost here! After collecting community input on the design and consulting with the property owner and the managers of the Spare Room, we've hired a local landscape architect to combine all the ideas into a design that will be a great fit for the space:
Early next year, you can expect to see construction of the seating area, a rain garden, and more developed landscaping. Stay tuned for updates on the addition of lighting, artwork, and a community board.
